While it is true that parts of Estes Park and northern Colorado were severely damaged by the recent flood, other parts were undamaged or the damage is being rapidly repaired. Here is what our front lawn looks like right now! Our hearts and prayers go out to those whose lives and businesses have been upended by the flood and we are doing all that we can to help. You can help by visiting our community and supporting all of us as we move forward.
Fall is here, trees are turning yellow, elk are bugling, and the crisp days of Fall are here to be enjoyed. Our lodge is open and ready for you to visit. Yes the drive up here is a little longer until a temporary road up US 34 or 36 can be completed but the drive up the Peak to Peak highway (I-70 west to 119 then to Nederland, then 72 to 7 and 7 to Estes Park) is especially beautiful this time of year.
So come, enjoy a few days in our community and help us celebrate both the Fall season and a community that is MOUNTAIN STRONG.
